Good luck to anyone taking the FCAT this week. I went through it for so many yrs so I know exactly how y’all feel. The test is such bullshit but just do your best, so u can go on to the next grade and graduate. 

Winter in Florida is non existent. 

Please tell why it’s 80 degrees outside? I’ve had the air on for the past couple of days.

Lawd the news is doing the most with Hurricane Sandy.

Take it from a Floridian (I’ve lived in this state since I was 2) y’all will be fine! A category one is a joke, might I add she’s barely a one anyway. It’s just gon be a bunch of wind and rain. If you’re on the coast go inland. Y’all ain’t gonna die, unless u do something stupid like swim in the ocean. Trust me.

I wanna go to the beach. I haven’t been in forever, which is crazy since it’s only an hr. away from my house.

I like how us Florida folks are so nonchalant about tropical storms and hurricanes (until they get up to a certain category). All these RNC people are freaking out about Issac and us locals are like whatever. lol.

Seriously Tropical Storm Debby/Debbie needs to head west b/c this shit right here is annoying. She ain’t even moving no more. First she was going 6 mph then she dropped down to 3 mph, now she’s just sitting there.

She was supposed to go towards Texas but they have some type of high pressure over them, which is going to turn her to the east and go straight through my town. Yayy! (sarcastic tone).

I’m not scared. Being raised in Florida you get used to hurricanes and tropical storms (now once they get to category 3 and above, that’s when you need to get out of dodge, oh but if you live on the coast it’s always best to go inland) but all this rain does bring a lot of flooding and trees falling (in inland North Florida we have big ass oak trees O_o)

And to think I wanted to drive down to the beach this week. Welp those plans are squashed. smh.
