I’m starting to get so annoyed at The Voice. We need Christina back. She told it like it was. She wasn’t afraid of being “harsh.” She was also not mean because she wanted to be, she gave legitimate critics.
This season, if one of the coaches doesn’t give a criticism none of them do. They just blindly praise the singers. “You’re the best singer we have on the show.” “You’re the one to beat.” Okay, like, they can’t all be the “one to beat.” It’s really annoying. Especially because it NEVER fails that if one of the coaches finds a single fault in a singer they ALL jump on it.
Not all of them are going to win. You aren’t helping them by telling them they’re amazing. Also, most of America votes based on what the coaches say to them. So yeah, the ones who get a bad critic are going to go home, even though they weren’t that bad.
I think this quote applies to Christina..
“If you can’t handle me at my worst, you sure as hell don’t deserve me at my best.”
